Last updated: أكتوبر 13, 2026

قصة عشق respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

1. Important Notice About Hosting

قصة عشق does not host, upload or store any video files on its servers. All videos are embedded from third-party platforms where they are publicly available. When we remove a link from our website, the file itself remains on the third-party platform. To have the file removed completely, we recommend also contacting the platform that hosts it.

2. Filing a Copyright Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material on our website infringes your copyright, please send us a notice through our Contact Us page that includes all of the following:

  1. Your full name, company (if any), postal address, phone number and email address.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on our website where the material is located, so we can find it.
  4. Documents proving that you are the owner of the content, or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
  7. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

3. Our Response

Once a valid notice is received and verified, the reported links are removed promptly and permanently. Requests are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright may be suspended or terminated.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice through our Contact Us page. It must identify the removed material and its former URL, include your contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and carry your physical or electronic signature.

5. False Claims

Please note that knowingly submitting a false or misleading notice may expose you to liability for damages.
